Securitization of future rights
The securitization process includes several aspects: a prior analysis in order to determine what rights will be securitize depending on their status and anticipated profitability; and the securitization strictly speaking.
IPSC may thus securitizes two kinds of IP assets: existing IP rights and future IP rights that do not exist yet but will be generated by works, as movies or music. The value of these rights is determined in advance that will allow an anticipated securitization of them.

Once the IP rights are converted into securities, IPSC will be in charge of their management, which means that the management of transactions on these securities will be able to generate funds, in the private and public marketplaces.
In addition, some parallel services, linked to the management of IP securities, are planned by IPSC: crowdfunding, regarding IP projects, in order to find funds thanks to a collaborative financing, grants for technical, scientific or medical research and the establishment of a brokerage network in charge of finding investors on IP assets and concluding transactions with them.
